WHAT THE MOTHERS SAY...
Yeshi's Healing Birth Counsel transformed my journey through a difficult pregnancy to one of newfound tenderness and inner strength. The sessions were tailored to my particular needs, concerns, and anxieties - from easing insomnia to visualization practices in preparation for labor and a birth that was everything I wanted it to be.

In my work with Yeshi, I was able to go to the core of the guilt I felt about not being able to be with my daughter immediately after she was born. Yeshi helped me to find a way to stop blaming myself and to know my daughter was safe and okay. I feel more relaxed and trusting of myself as a mother now.
Kari, doula
I have been struggling for over a couple of years with getting pregnant. There were some physical obstacles but mainly I was having trouble figuring out what I really wanted and what made sense in my life. Yeshi helped me address some of the physical issues but even more importantly after our sessions I was able to have a clear intention about getting pregnant and able to make a plan to go ahead. I feel so grateful to be clear and to feel coherence with the different parts of me that seemed to be in conflict.

Soon after our home birth, my son was hospitalized. I felt so much rage and grief from the experience that I went to Yeshi with little hope that she would be able to make a difference in just one session.I was wrong. Not only did she help me to release my anger, she helped me let go of the guilt that I didn't know I was feeling. The best result of all this is that it's brought me closer to my son. I had no idea that my grief and guilt was driving a wedge between me and my baby, and now that I've released those emotions, I am able to thoroughly enjoy my baby and enjoy the pleasures of being a mom.I would encourage any mother with lasting birth trauma to spend some time with Yeshi. She is a wise midwife and a talented healer.
Antonia, mother and sailor
Yeshi has made a huge difference in my journey through infertility and making decisions about treatments. Each session Yeshi asks me what I would like to achieve that day and each time she has helped me work through the issues I am trying to deal with and achieve what I have asked for. I have gained insights into myself that will not only help me deal with infertility and pregnancy but will help me in all areas in my life.

I light up inside when I think about my daughter's birth. The emergency Cesarean section I had with my son left me wondering what was wrong with my body. Giving birth to my daughter naturally, I experienced the amazing strength dwelling inside of me. Yeshi's wisdom and compassion was what enabled me to believe that giving birth the way I did was possible for me.

My birth experience was very traumatic, not at all what I had hoped for and planned. Yeshi was surprisingly precise and clear about the issues that needed to be processed for me to be able to let go of the pain I was holding so I could be fully present to what is important now—taking care of my beautiful and healthy baby boy.

I needed someone to help me navigate the terrain between my first birth experience and preparedness for the second. Trusting birth the first time around was easy. It was the only rational option, knowing that fear would not help the body open. But trusting birth the second time, after gaining a fuller understanding of the possibility of things not going as planned, was harder. I knew I needed to get to fearlessness. And I knew I needed help. Yeshi created the space, provided witness, and offered guidance as I found my way through memory, regret, aspiration, apprehension, and yearning. She draws from a deep well of experience and wisdom. I am grateful women like me can continue to tap that well. Yeshi seems to have access to the source.
